Following her graduation from the University of San Diego with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing, Sara Arjmand embarked on a journey that would revolutionize the marketing and hospitality sectors in Southern California.
As the CEO of Formula Marketing, Sara has channeled over 13 years of deep involvement with the Gaslamp Association and her service within the media industry in San Diego to craft targeted marketing strategies. Known for her unwavering determination and hard work, she consistently delivers results that clients trust. Her entrepreneurial flair is evident in her founding of Formula Marketing, and she continues to dedicate her time to elevating the hospitality industry.
Brian Arnold
Account Manager
Brian Arnold, a 2022 graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in Business Management, serves as an Account Manager at Formula Marketing. In his role, Brian communicates directly with all clients, ensuring their needs are met and building strong relationships.
He also creates and oversees marketing campaigns, working closely with clients to bring their vision to life through effective strategies and execution. His organizational skills and client-focused approach drive successful outcomes.

As Director of Events at Formula Marketing, Mildred Gonzalez manages the planning and execution of various events, ensuring they align with client goals and expectations. She leverages her degree in International Business, along with her minors in Marketing and Spanish, to create engaging experiences for diverse audiences.
